Return and Replacement Policy
For hygiene and product-safety reasons, used bottles and bags are not eligible for general returns. Replacements may be considered for wrong, damaged, or defective items reported quickly after delivery.
- Report damage within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/video.
- Keep original packaging until the issue is resolved.
- Replacement approval depends on verification of the issue.
- Refunds, if applicable, are processed to the original payment method.
