Products and pricing
We aim to present accurate product descriptions, prices, and images. Colors may vary slightly because of lighting and screen settings. Prices and availability may change before an order is placed.
Orders and payment
Orders are confirmed only after successful prepaid payment. We may contact you if an order contains an address problem, suspected fraud, pricing error, or unavailable item. If an accepted order cannot be fulfilled, the affected payment will be refunded to the original method.
Shipping and delivery
Customers must provide a complete delivery address and reachable phone number. Estimated delivery dates are not guarantees and can be affected by courier or serviceability conditions. See the Shipping Policy for current charges and estimates.
Returns and replacements
