Because bottles and personal-use accessories require careful hygiene handling, used items are not eligible for general returns. We will review requests involving an incorrect, damaged, or defective item.
Report an issue
- Contact aaromeliastore@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number, clear photographs, and an unboxing video where available.
- Keep the item, accessories, labels, and original packaging until the review is complete.
- Do not use or further damage an item that arrived with a problem.
Resolution
After verification, the available resolution may include replacement of the affected item or a refund where replacement is not possible. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take additional banking time to appear.
Minor color variation caused by lighting or screen settings is not normally considered a defect.
